2. Purpose of the personal data treatment that are carried out in SEAPOOLE
In SEAPOOLE we treat your personal data with utmost care and confidentiality. The purposes of the personal data treatment, as well as the legal basis for it, will vary in each case, but can be grouped in the following categories:

Processing of personal data derived from the us of the website and blogs of SEAPOOLE.

SEAPOOLE informs that it has required certain personal data necessary for you to contact SEAPOOLE, in the case of the website contact form, or in order to send you a requested information, or in the case of the service subscriptions as well as monitoring the navigation and use of the website, in the case of cookies.

In any case, SEAPOOLE will have as given the consent to process your personal data through your action to register and request the subscription service, or the action to complete and send the website contact form, as well as continue browsing the website in the case of cookies.

Processing of personal data derived from the register of suppliers and clients of SEAPOOLE.

SEAPOOLE informs that requires certain personal data to maintain the relationship with your company, or with you as a professional or individual entrepreneur, derived from contracting your or SEAPOOLE’s goods or services, or for preparatory of such contracting.

In the event that such contracting or preparations are carried out with a legal person, the processing of his personal data is necessary in order to maintain contact with his company, without existing any purpose of treatment related with you as a physical person.

3. Common information regarding the processing of personal data by SEAPOOLE
Therefore, the processing of personal data here above referred to is required by SEAPOOLE for the purposes indicated, so that, if these are not provided, SEAPOOLE will not be able to comply with them in an appropriate manner.

You have the right to request SEAPOOLE access to your personal data, and its rectification or deletion, or the limitation of your treatment, or to oppose the processing, as well as the right to the portability of the data, or to withdraw the consent, in the cases established by law, free of charge, by contacting in writing, by email to the address support@seapoole.com . For the identification of the interested party, an ID or passport will be required. Likewise, the interested party has the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (c/ Jorge Juan nº 6 – 28001 Madrid – www.agpd.es ).
